Peek-a-Boo Events is a outdoor party venue for kid’s parties, baby showers and kitchen teas.

It is a self-catering venue and you have the venue exclusively to yourself.

The Venue doesn't have a Kitchen.


The venue may be hired on Saturdays from 9:30-12:30 OR Afternoons: 14:00-17:00

Or 10:00 - 17:00

It includes the following:

  • Exclusive use of the venue for 3 hours
  • Kid’s tables & chairs, tablecloths, runners, chair covers & tie-backs
  • Themed decorations for the kid’s tables.
  • Party packs (4x Fizzers, 1x Lollipop, 5x Loose sweets, 1x Chomp, 1x Chips & Zoom drink)
  • Colour paper plates & cups for the kid’s tables and adults.
  • Empty Cake Box for each child to add a piece of cake for home.
  • A table to place the cake on.
  • Gift box to place the gifts in.
  • Adult chairs & 1 steel table with table cloths, Cake knife, Big ice bucket
  • Braai facilities
  • Jumping castle, trampoline, jungle gym, swings and swimming pool with net.


Just Venue Hire and you do it yourself from 9:30 - 12:30 or 14:00 – 17:00:

It includes the following:

  • Exclusive use of the venue for 3 hours or the day
  • Adult chairs 30 & 1 steel table with table cloths.
  • Jumping castle, trampoline, jungle gym, swings,swimming pool with net.


Baby shower / Kitchen teas pricing starts from:

For 15 adults the package is R1600.00

If you have more than 15 guests it is R18.00 extra per person.

It includes the following:

  • Exclusive use of the venue for 3 hours
  • 1 x Snack table, runner & décor for table
  • 1 x Cake stand or cupcake stand
  • 2 x Small sweet dishes
  • 2 x Candy vases with lid
  • 4 x Food dishes, medium or large
  • Popcorn cone bags
  • Small or medium cupcake holders for snacks
  • Adult chairs & 3 steel table with table clothes & décor.
  • Gift box to place the gifts in.
  • Jumping castle, trampoline, jungle gym, swings and swimming pool with net.

Please note that we don't supply the food or snacks. Just all the decor and food dishes. 

 

Venue House Rules:

  • The venue is hired for 3 hours ONLY unless otherwise agreed. The party / hosting parent may arrive half an hour before the commencement of the party to ensure that the tables are set up to satisfaction and stay an extra 20 minutes to collect belongings, but apart from this early arrivals & late stays are charged for.
  • Adult supervision of children is required at all times during the party.
  • It is the responsibility of the adults to see that kids do not vandalize property and equipment.
  • A breakage fee will be payable for any broken or vandalized equipment and toys.
  • Children and adults enter Peek-a-boo’s venue at their own risk and it is the responsibility of the parents to look after the children.
  • The booking fee specified on the quote must be paid to secure your booking.
  • No provisional bookings without payment.
  • Please note that only cash or internet transfers are acceptable since the venue doesn’t have card facilities.
  • In the event of us not receiving the outstanding amount (either in cash or Proof of Payment) by the time the party is supposed to start, we will unfortunately be forced to pack everything up again and cancel the booking. We do not accept settlement of the invoice after the party is done.
  • Completion of the indemnity forms are needed before the party starts. 
  • We will not be held responsible for power failures and weather conditions.
  • No external Party Planners are allowed to plan events at our premises.
  • NO loud music.
